How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
Total delivery time: 4–7 business days, including processing.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped to your provided address.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, whether the fit wasn’t right or you simply changed your mind.
To initiate a return, please email info@artvalleymode.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, please mention this in your return email.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
